You Got This

You ever find yourself wanting to say, "this is fckd the fck up"about certain situations, but keep how your feeling to yourself. Well its okay to be pissed off about something. Say a few curse words if that's what suits you.

As parents we put so much pressure on ourselves to be perfect. What to give them for dinner,  what time should they go to bed,  how to censor the music they listen to,  games they play and shows they watch.  Sometimes you may even be hard on yourself for letting your child see you angry or upset. These are every day struggles for parents,  hey for human beings period. It's OK to be pissed off or upset about a situation. Don't stress out though. You will make mistakes in life, a day that's OK. Just keep trying to be the best you, you can be,  and whenever you feel like your drowning, just take a deep breath, count to 10 and think of some of these saying go to get you through the day.

That was just a few. There are so many positive things you can say to yourself in the morning to start your day. Your are trying, and you're great at what your doing. Don't let anyone tell you different.
