To Paint or Not to Paint (Sally Hansen Salon effects -nail polish strips)

It's holiday season, which means there are lots of soultry colors out in the nailpolish/manicure departments in most stores. Rich reds, gorgeous greens & golds, outrageous oranges, beautiful browns and some playful purples.  Being that so many of us have events to go to, we'll most likely be sure that out nails are done * I know I will =) *. I didn't want to over work my nails by changing the polish to often in the month, so I invested in some Sally Hansen Salon Effects nail polish strips, which run for about 8.99$. The strips are made of actual nail polish!  They come in both solid and designed strips. No dry time or top coat needed. You just peel the strip off from the plastics that it comes in, and place it on you nail. *Tip: before taking off the plastic, measure the strip to your nail, to make sure the strip is as close to your nail size as possible. You want to cover the whole nail* The strip forms to your nail smoothly  as if you had actual nailpolish on. *perfect and fast* . It lasts for about a week and a half. Doesn't peel off in the shower, while your washing your hair or even doing dishes. I've tried similar products from different brands. Kiss nails has some polish strips in a lot of cool shades and designs. However the kiss design strips are noticibly thicker than the Sally Hansen strips, which means they'll start to peel a lot faster. Try them both out for a quick and easy alternative to painting you nails.
